Frequently Asked Questions

Here you will find our most asked questions, and general tips you will need to know before heading to our studio for the first time. Please reach out to us if you don't see the answer you are looking for here!

Question: What should I wear?

Answer: Please wear clothing you don't mind getting messy/ruined. We will provide you with PPE as needed/requested, but resin is messy. Short sleeved shirts, pants and closed-toe shoes you don’t mind getting sticky are recommended.. and leave your fancy jewelry/watches at home!

Question: How long until I can pick up my creation?

Answer: In most cases, your pieces will be ready for pick up (or delivery for an additional fee) within 1 week. You will be contacted if longer is needed.

Question: What is the studio fee?

Answer: A $5.99 material fee per person creating will be applied to each order (unless otherwise specified). This goes directly towards the PPE and add-ins needed to create a resin item. The fee will not be applied to anyone assisting a person with any sort of special need.

Question:  I have a specific design in mind but am unsure how to execute it, can you help with that?

Answer: We are more than willing to help teach what we know and will help you create your vision to the best of our ability.

Question: What are the prices for the pieces I make?

Answer: When coming into the studio for something other than flower preservations, specific themed nights, and pet ash memorials, the price will be dependent on what you would like to make. Each person creating will be charged $5.99 once per visit, and then they will pick out any number of molds they would like to make, each with their own price. They start at $3 each and go up depending on size and complexity of the mold. Most are below $30. Specific themed classes will have their prices listed at time of sign up.

Question:  Where exactly are you located?

Answer: 260 North Main St, Fall River, MA. From North Main street, turn left onto Cherry St. and park in the parking lot to your left directly behind the L&M building. Use the side entrance to the building located on Cherry St. This door opens to a set of stairs. Go DOWN the 4 steps and through the closed door. There are 2 exits from the room and you want to go through the door directly in front of you. Turn left and then an immediate left. We are the door right in front of you! (There's a sign on our door and on the window to our studio outside.)

Question: Do we NEED an appointment/how far in advance do we need to book the studio?

Answer: Yes, appointments are needed for all classes. 24 hour notice is needed for each booking. If a time slot is booked less than 24 hours in advance, the class will be rescheduled. Bookings can be made directly from here, by emailing us, or by phone.
